At this visit, we will take a digital impression using an Intraoral Scanner to create a customized 3D digitization of your smile. This will allow our design team to create your new smile with precise measurements.

Today is the day we will give you your smile back! We will make you comfortable with IV Sedation, place all of your implants, and your new temporary non-removable smile. This provides you the opportunity to walk out today and enjoy the new you!

You will come back to our office one week after your surgery date. During this visit, we will perform a full evaluation by removing the prosthesis to ensure proper healing, aesthetics, and functionality. Please reserve 60 minutes of your day for this appointment.

During this visit, we will remove and place back your temporary bridge(s) to ensure the implants have fully integrated into the bone. Now that you have experienced your temporary set of teeth, it is time to design and finalize your new smile. When the implants are fully integrated, we will take another digital impression to fine-tune the fit and make modifications as you wish. Many people love their first design; however, if you find yourself wanting to modify the appearance, this is your opportunity to discuss any changes. Please reserve, on average, 2 hours of your day for this appointment.

This appointment will take place two weeks after your two month follow up. A clinical team member will remove your temporary bridge and place the next set of teeth that our design team made with the changes you requested. This appointment may be repeated multiple times until we have given you a set of teeth that look and feel the way you want! When you are happy with your customized smile, our lab will make your final set of teeth.
